PHILADELPHIA — The 123rd Penn Relays Carnival comes to a conclusion today, and NJ.com will be on hand here at Franklin Field all day until the final baton exchange Saturday night.
Action begins at 9 a.m. and continues throughout the day highlighted by performances by Team USA in races against some of the top international competition in the world. Also stay tuned for some top-notch high school and college performances.
