Rainfall totals from slow-moving March 31 storm reached more than 3 to 4 inches in some parts of the Garden State.

The slow-moving storm system that drenched New Jersey from late Thursday night through early Saturday morning has finally moved off-shore. But many streams, creeks and rivers are swelling from the runoff, coupled with melted snow in some regions of the state.

Some towns, including Howell in Monmouth County, got saturated with more than 4 inches of rain during this moisture-packed storm -- as much as the region normally gets during the entire month of March.

Here's a look at the rain gauge readings in each of the state's 21 counties, as of Saturday morning, as reported by the National Weather Service, the New Jersey Weather & Climate Network at Rutgers University and the Community Collaborative Rain, Hail and Snow Network, known as CoCoRaHS.

Have you seen any of these strange clouds?

(Note: Rainfall totals in some towns were reported Friday night and were not updated Saturday morning. If those readings become available later Saturday, they'll be updated in the list below.)
