RED BANK -- Gunshots were fired on Wednesday at the Montgomery Terrace apartment complex, police confirmed.
Red Bank police Chief Darren McConnell said the report came in around 4:15 p.m.
No one was injured as a result of the gunfire, McConnell said.
Officers were patrolling the area and detectives were still investigating as of 5:15 p.m., the chief added.
The Montgomery Terrace apartments are located off Tilton Avenue between James Parker Boulevard and West Sunset Avenue.
