The motorcycle rider was hospitalized with minor injuries, police said.
MIDDLETOWN -- A woman was charged with DWI after she hit a motorcycle with her vehicle Sunday night.
Mary Magnuson, a Fair Haven resident, was riding a motorcycle when she was struck by a vehicle in the area of Route 36 and Leonardville Road around 7:45 p.m., said Middletown police Deputy Chief Stephen Dollinger.
The driver of the vehicle, Gail Doherty of Atlantic Highlands, was charged with DWI.
Magnuson was taken to Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank with minor injuries, Dollinger said.
No additional information was available Monday morning.
