A Cresskill estate up for sale for nearly $5 million is among the properties on display.
Multimillion-dollar properties on the market in the Garden State will be on display for potential buyers this weekend at open houses scheduled from Bergen to Cape May counties.
Among the premiere properties to be showcased throughout New Jersey on Saturday and Sunday is a Cresskill estate with seven bedrooms, a theater and a billiards room. The asking price for that property on Huyler Landing Road is nearly $5 million.
If that price points proves a bit too steep for your budget, consider touring a bayfront home on the Jersey Shore or a Colonial Revival home in Morris County.
A single-family home in Ocean City with nine bedrooms inside and room for five or more boats to dock outside is up for sale for $3.2 million. That Bay Avenue property on the northern end of the island will be welcoming visitors from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.
About 140 miles away in Mendham, a five-bedroom estate called "Windymere" will also be on display this weekend. The home, which includes a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom, is on the market for $2.399 million.
The open house for that property is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
