No injuries were reported as a result of the blaze, which broke out around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday.
WALL TOWNSHIP -- Firefighters from nearly a dozen area departments are battling a large blaze at a business on Hurley Pond Road.
No injuries were reported as of 10:30 a.m., Wall police Lt. Greg Carpino said in a news release.
The fire broke out at Taylor's Towing, located at 5130 Hurley Pond Road, at around 9:35 a.m., Carpino said.
West Hurley Pond Road is closed from Carmerville Road to Lakewood/Farmingdale Road.
Firefighters from Glendola, South Wall, West Belmar, Tinton Falls Station 36-1 and 36-2, Neptune Station 34-3, Spring Lake, Squankum Fire Department and Navy Weapons Earle responded to the scene.
Carpino said more information would be released on Thursday.
