It's a weekend of bacon at the Tuckerton Seaport, 120 W. Main St. The festival will feature food trucks and restaurant fare, pig races and a bacon-eating competition on Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $8; children younger than 5 will be admitted free. A surf contest and water park party will raise awareness for amyloidosis, a rare disease that causes abnormal buildup of amyloid protein in the body.
