The victim was a mother of five originally from Michigan
HOWELL -- A woman who died in a house fire in Howell earlier this week has been identified as a mother of five from Michigan.
Howell police identified the woman in Tuesday's deadly fire as Debra Cataldo, 50, a resident of the West 5th Street home.
Authorities have said the fire so far is not considered suspicious although the cause is still under investigation.
A passing motorist called 911 after spotting the house on fire in a blaze so hot that the flames had blown out the windows, police said at the time.
